Marshal Admin Form
In order to be a SK8S marshal there is a little bit of admin required. We need to know a little bit about you, we need to record your emergency contact details and we also need you to read a couple of documents that allow us to comply with various health & safety and venue onboarding requirements.
We are very grateful for all the help and support we get but in order to be a marshal we need to ensure these bits of admin are done. To that end please fill in the form below. The information you provide will only be used/shared as follows:
- Your contact details will be used by SK8S to help coordinate events and support from Marshals.
- Emergency contact details will only be shared in emergency scenarios.
- Confirmation that you have read the risk assessment and SOPs will be shared with event organisers / hosts who often ask for this information as part of their own risk assessment and health and safety procedures.
We may ask you to check and update the form every now and then – generally this will be after the documents that we need you to read are updated but if that doesn’t happen we will probably ask to check the information (in particular the emergency contact details), is accurate and correct every 12-18 months.
