• Your contact details will be used by SK8S to help coordinate events and support from Marshals.
• Emergency contact details will only be shared in emergency scenarios.
• Confirmation that you have read the risk assessment and SOPs will be shared with event organisers / hosts who often ask for this information as part of their own risk assessment and health and safety procedures.

We may ask you to check and update the form every now and then – generally this will be after the documents that we need you to read are updated but if that doesn’t happen we will probably ask to check the information (in particular the emergency contact details), is accurate and correct every 12-18 months.
