We think we might be able to use the Sports Hall at Lincoln Christ’ Hospital School for a Saturday evening venue but you never really know for sure until you try 🙂 So we are running a private, adult only roller disco at LCHS just to make sure we can run the event how we want to. We’ll probably just follow a basic format without stuck in the mud although we’ll do some wrong direction skating for those that need to unwind their legs and feet a bit 🙂 The music will deliberately be eclectic so we can see what works and what doesn’t with the sports hall acoustics…
Since this is a test event we’ve reduced the prices a bit partly because it might not run as smoothly as we’d like but also as a bit of a perk to our regular skaters. One of the things we haven’t tested yet is whether we can properly unload and set up all the equipment so there is a slight chance we might not have all the lights and disco equipment working for the entire event but I’m sure that won’t stop you enjoying your skate. We should be able to get the skate lockers in though so hopefully its safe to say that skate hire will be available. If everything works out ok then we hope to use this event for both family events and adult only roller discos too in the near future.

Just to re-iterate, this is not a public event, this is invitation only. Invites have been sent to our regular skaters and supporters and tickets are limited to 50 places.
