DESCRIPTION:Two hours of roller disco\, with a mix of retro and current music\, lights\, games (stuck in the mud and/or a limbo bar)\, skates for hire\, and awesome marshals to support or skaters and keep everyone safe. All ages are welcome but we require anyone aged 14 or under to be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian throughout the event . Skaters can use their own skates provided they are clean and have wheels and brake blocks that will not mark the floor. SUMMARY:Saturday Night Punk and Emo Adult Only Roller Disco - 8th February
DESCRIPTION:Punk and Emo themed – fancy dress encouraged – as ever. This was a really popular theme last time we ran it 😀 Two hours of adult only roller disco – roller skating just for the grown ups. A mixture of awesome punk and emo tunes with some rock and indie thrown in (this is the grown up version so there will be explicit lyrics)\, disco lights\, skates for hire\, and awesome marshals to support or skaters and keep everyone safe. Anyone aged 18 and over is welcome to join us – tickets are available online in advance. Skaters can use their own skates provided they are clean and have wheels and brake blocks that will not mark the floor. This is at Bishop Grossetest sports hall – a new venue for us – park your car in the big car park between the sportshall and the playing fields then ring our doorbell and we’ll come and let you in (if you can’t see our doorbell with the SK8S logo then you are probably at the wrong entrance – you’ll need to go to the other side of the building and try that entrance instead 😀 ) \nDemand for our roller discos can vary – our events can sell out up to a few days in advance – we recommend you book tickets in advance to guarantee your place – if there is space\, we will sell tickets on the door.
