SUMMARY:80s Beach Party Roller Disco - 25th July
DESCRIPTION:We didn’t want to break for the summer without a themed event so we are having an 80s Beach Party 🙂 Basically since its the beginning of summer and likely to be quite hot – we think this is the best way to get people dressed up without worrying about overheating in their outfits 🙂 Music will be classic eighties so the more neo you can throw into your beach outfit the better! This event will run at Deans Sport & Leisure: two hours of roller disco\, 80s music\, games (stuck in the mud and/or a limbo bar)\, skates for hire\, and awesome marshals to support or skaters and keep everyone safe. \nTickets will be available on the door even after our online sales halt at 3pm.\nIt might be helpful to look at our what to expect page for Deans – in particular if you are hiring skates – you will need to to this on the ground floor\, before coming up to the 2nd floor where the rink is. \nAll ages are welcome but we require anyone aged 14 or under to be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian throughout the event. Skaters can use their own skates provided they are clean and have wheels and brake blocks that will not mark the floor. More information about the event can be found on our FAQ page\, and we’d recommend anyone new to our events takes a quick look at that and at our what to expect page. \nDemand for our roller discos can vary – our events can sell out up to a few days in advance – we recommend you book tickets in advance to guarantee your place – we post to Facebook when our events sell out however if there is space\, we will sell tickets on the door.
