Katrina Bullimore, Remedial and Soft Tissue Therapist, tells us exactly what we are doing when we step onto our 8’s.
- Spinal Muscles and postural stabilisers

- Gastrocnemius and Tibula Anterior
All of this translates into back, bum, thighs (inner, outer and back), calf and shin!

Katrina is the resident therapist for our friends at Lincolnshire Bombers Roller Girls so we think she knows her stuff. Her advice on how to prevent injuries goes like this…..
- Learn how to fall correctly
- Wear the correct protective gear, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards
- Learn to stop, balance and control your speed
Your safety is as important to us. We offer wrist guards for free and first aiders are on hand.We operate a ‘3 strikes and you’re out’ policy so anyone repeatedly trying to ruin the safe and fun atmosphere will be asked to leave. Jon Crawford
